Evermuse + Plane: From the Voice of the Customer to Shipped
Evermuse and Plane are partnering to make sure the customer insight behind every decision travels with the work, from the first conversation all the way to shipped.

Roadmaps drift. It’s no one’s fault. By the time a customer’s problem becomes a ticket, then a cycle, then a shipped feature, the original “why” has usually been flattened into a one-line summary that loses everything that made it urgent. Teams end up shipping confidently against requirements that no longer resemble what customers actually asked for.
We’re partnering with Plane to close that gap.
Two halves of the same loop
Plane is AI-native project and knowledge management built for teams and the agents working alongside them: projects, wiki, and Plane AI in one workspace, available on cloud, self-hosted, or fully air-gapped. It’s where modern teams plan, track, and ship, and it was built around AI from the start. Plane AI reads across every project, cycle, and doc, and its agents take real assignments and do real work.
Evermuse is where the customer signal lives: interviews, sales calls, feedback, quotes, competitor intel, and a live, prioritized roadmap, all turned into evidence your AI can search and cite. We’re great at the “why.” Plane is great at the “what” and the “when.” The two belong together.
What the partnership unlocks
With this partnership, the Evermuse MCP is now available to Plane customers through Plane’s marketplace and MCP directory, and Plane is available to Evermuse customers through ours. That means the customer evidence behind a decision can travel with the work itself. Plane AI and the agents running inside your workspace can ground a work item in the actual quotes that prompted it, check the live Evermuse roadmap before someone reprioritizes a cycle, or pull supporting evidence into a PRD, without ever leaving Plane.

Picture an agent in Plane triaging an incoming request: it queries Evermuse, finds eleven other customers who’ve raised the same pain, surfaces the verbatim quotes, and attaches them to the work item, so whoever picks it up knows exactly who they’re building for and why. The loop from voice-of-customer to shipped feature finally closes, and it stays closed.
Built for teams that can’t compromise on control
For Plane’s enterprise and self-hosted customers especially, this matters: the same control you trust for your project data now extends to grounded, citable customer context.
“At Plane, we believe great products come from great collaboration between teams, humans, agents, and customers. Evermuse has built a system that actually preserves the customer’s voice all the way from the first call to the shipping of the feature. Bringing that into Plane feels less like an integration and more like the missing piece. We’re delighted to finally have it, and even more delighted to make it available to every Plane customer.”
